We believe a group program is only as good as the people behind it. Every property we suggest has been vetted by our staff or by clients who have held programs there. Every detail, from the contract to the room gifts, gets the same attention. And every relationship, with clients and with hotels alike, is built to last decades, not one program.

Lynette Owens & Associates is an independent incentive travel and meeting management firm built for the financial services industry, with particular depth in insurance. For more than 30 years, we've helped organizations design incentive programs and manage meetings that do more than reward performance, they build loyalty. Founded by Lynette Owens, whose career is grounded in over three decades of hotel and conference/incentive planning experience, LOA has grown from a single relationship into a firm trusted to act as a full-service extension of a client's in-house meetings and events team.

We believe travel motivates in a way a bonus check never can. A trip becomes a story your top performers tell all year, a form of recognition cash can't buy. That conviction shapes every program we build, whether it's a single-property site search or a multi-year incentive program managed start to finish.

Industry Leadership

Lynette Owens also serves as Executive Director of the Financial Leadership Forum (FinLead). In 1992, she formed the industry's first Life Insurance Advisory Council, which still meets each year to keep LOA's programs aligned with where the insurance meetings and incentives market is headed.
