Privacy Policy
Lynette Owens & Associates, LLC ("LOA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit lynetteowens.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us, such as by submitting an inquiry or using tools we offer on the Site.
This policy applies to visitors of our Site. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than this Site, such as phone calls, in-person meetings, or email exchanges outside of the Site.

We provide marketing and sales support services on behalf of a select group of premier hotels and resorts, and we help organizations design, plan, and execute incentive travel and meeting programs.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly. When you submit an inquiry through our "Inquire Now" form or otherwise contact us through the Site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any details you include in your message about your organization's incentive travel or meeting needs.
Information collected through interactive tools. We may offer interactive tools on the Site, such as a program calculator or budget/ROI estimator, designed to help you model the potential value of an incentive travel program. If you use a tool like this, we may collect the business information you enter (such as producer or attendee counts, program budget assumptions, or industry details) along with your contact information, so that we can follow up with a tailored proposal or consultation. As these tools are introduced, we will update this policy to describe them specifically if their data practices differ from what is described here.
Scheduling a consultation. If you select "Schedule Consultation," a booking window provided by Calendly, LLC opens on the Site. Calendly collects the information you enter to book a meeting, such as your name, email address, the time you choose, and your answers to the questions on the booking form, and shares it with us so we can prepare for and hold the meeting. Calendly handles this information under Calendly's privacy notice. The booking window and Calendly's code are not loaded unless you interact with that button.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting environment automatically logs certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is generally used for security, troubleshooting, and basic site administration, and is not used to individually identify you unless combined with information you've provided directly.
Cookies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are standard to WordPress-hosted sites, such as cookies that support basic site functionality and security. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. If you open the scheduling window described above, Calendly may set its own cookies or similar technologies to operate its booking tool; these are governed by Calendly's privacy notice. If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and, where required by law, provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.
We do not knowingly collect payment card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.
