    Complimentary - no cost to client

    • Speaker and entertainment suggestions
    • Arrange site visits

  • Gold

    Coordination and management fee, based on services needed

    • Detailed agenda coordination with hotel/resort
    • Follow-up on cutoff dates and attrition clauses
    • Function space selection and menu selection
    • Theme, decor, entertainment, and speaker or activity selection
    • Off-site excursion and activity planning
    • Signage, branding, and printed materials support
    • Travel, arrival, and rooming list preparation
    • Welcome gift and merchandise selection

  • Platinum

    Full program management - priced per attendee

    • All Silver and Gold services
    • Complete on-site coordination and management
    • Post-meeting review and budget recap
